Has anyone out there attempted to reinstall XP pro on a dv9000t. I want to buy a preconfigured one from Costco but it only comes with XP media center and I already have a copy of XP Pro. I know you can do the customized laptop on Costco site but when I do the same options it costs more than getting the preconfigured one. I did read the guide for the 8000t, it must be close to the same procedure for the 9000t. Any help or suggestions appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Kent

May I ask why you would rather have XP Pro?
