    Hey guys,

For some reason, my dv9010 will not log in to my TD Canada Trust bank account. I go to the easyweb page, enter my info, and then it justs stays at a white page that says "Please wait while we retrieve your profile". Not only does this happen in IE, it happens in netscape as well. I have not changed any of the internet settings, and am honestly quite confused. The only internet thing I have done is install IE 7, and then uninstall it since I did not like it. After uninstalling, the previous factory version of IE remained.

Does anyone have any ideas? By the way, I have logged into Easyweb on different computers, so i know my login is correct.

Thanks in advance for any help.

If you un-installed IE7, it might have broke something.

Re-install Netscape, etc ., see if that helps.

Was going to say it might be a problem on the banks end, but since you say you've used other computers that rules that out.. (I would assume within the same time frame, right?)

Another option may be you have a virus, trojan, keylogger that is trying to steal your log-in info (or has done so)... and it's screwing with you, not allowing you to log in so the hackers on can have time to access your account.

Happens on Ebay all the time, a account will be stolen, the orginal owner locked out....

BTW: I would asume the "rest" of your internet access works "ok"? If so, and this is just guessing if it's not a virus, etc... then when you un-installed IE7 it messed with your passwords, log in info.... Disable the auto log-in? stuff, delete the cache that contains your passwords and re-create.

I would assume you're logging in manually? Or do you have that info set to fill itself in?
