Hey guys im just unsure which battery to get since the difference is only $40.
It is either "8 Cell Lithium Ion Battery" (which comes standard with the laptop) or the "High Capacity 8 Cell Lithium Ion Battery" (which is only an extra $40). In my case im talking about the HP dv9500...
What is the difference between the two? (aside from longer battery life)
Is the high capacity bigger? heavier? maybe the two?
If they are both the same size and the high capacity doesnt "stick out" then i'll probably go with the high capacity. Please let me know what is the difference between the two. Thanks!

The internal cells used are slightly larger capacity, and thus heavier. The outer package of the unit is the same. I have a 9500 with hi-caps. I''m not all that impressed with battery life on a 9500 as it is, I could not imagine how dissatisfied I would be with the regular battery.
Go with the hi-caps. If you ask me, I don't know why they even make the smaller capacity one available. It should be discontinued. I bet if it was, the higher capacity unit's cost would drop to that of the current price of the regular capacity one, due to the economics of quantity. -
since its only weight and not size change i guess ill go with the hi cap one! thanks!
