    Hey guys,

I haven't seen a lot of performance figures for this laptop. I've had about a week to play around with mine and here are some numbers out of 3dmark06 I've come up with. Just some notes, first I've tried to run minimal programs at startup, the first number is after this change, the second on newer drivers as stated, all the rest on an older driver with changes made with rivatuner 2.06. The numbers given (in mhz) are the ones set in riva tuner, but it would return a different value in the hardware monitor, I didn't record that number until the end. Here's the data:

    2356 - base
    2441 - 16925 drivers
    2352 - 15845 drivers
    2568 - 600c/400m
    2663 - 650c/400m
    2742 - 700c/400m
    Fail - 750c/400m
    Fail - 725c/400m
    Fail - 715c/400m
    2756 - 700c/400m
    2560 - 500c/500m
    2638 - 500c/550m
    Fail - 500c/575m
    Fail - 500c/560m
    3208 - 700c/550m
    3202 - 700c/550m
    all tests 1280x854
    temp max 79c 3dmark06
    temp max 104c Halflife2
    set 700c/550m runs 756c/549m HL2temp 104 runs 10min, driver reset (crash)
    set 680c/550m runs 729c/549m HL2temp 104 runs 'fine' (1 garble, no crash, 2hr)
    3140 - previous config, temp 93c 3dmark06 (after playing HL2)

    Laptop specs:
    T7500
    2GB
    8600M GS
    Vista Premium

Guy, those are numbers... they don't say much. In my signature take a look to my lappy config. Let me let you know that my lappy boot time is 1 minute 15 seconds (for loading all startup services and apps, showing the desktop is only 5-8 seconds), I run vmWare 6.0 with an XP SP2 virtual machine plus a MS Virtual PC XPSP2 Virtual Machine, both at the same time and I'm still able to run Outlook and LiveMail, Listen to music and keep Azureus running backstage.

What about gaming? Well, I run Company of Heroes, Play vere well and Age of Empires III and play very good too. Besides those game I also have Mafia, Splintel Cell PT, Max Payne 2 and GTR2.

So, I don't know what your numbers means, but what I give you here are facts. All you need to make sure is to follow a few advices from this forum abou tuning your lappy and make sure you have the latest nVidia driver from www.laptopvideo2go.com. That's my opinion about 9500t performance!!1 Hope this help ;)

I've settled on the 169.04 drivers. Rivatuner 2.06 clocks 600/1200/450
    3DMark06 - 2850.
Also I had some heat issues with HL2 Episode 2 but not with any other valve game.
