    dv9576ea - HD DVD + TV tuner problems

    Hi everyone

    Wondering if someone could help before there is a flying laptop going out my window

    I have a new HP pavillion dv9576ea which i got on saturday
    I have 2 main problems with my laptop - which is hardly 4 days old !

    1) HD DVD discs wont play through quickplay
    I ordered transformers,- it came today the laptops recognising it as a HD DVD + title of disc is transformers - however quickplays asking if i want to " activate player now ? "

    If i click no - it says insert a DVD ( i.e. isnt reading what is in disc tray ) - if I click yes it takes me to this page

    Which gives me an error report :(


    2) TV tuner keeps freezing through quickplay - I have split aerial in my room so it is getting a good signal however it still freezes or stops ( plus I cant get subtitles to go away )


    Any help or advice wold be very much appreciated
