Well I have a dv9700t with vista home premium and I am having a weird problem. The + and - volume buttons (the blue, touch ones) are not lit up, instead they are just gray, but they work. When I flash the BIOS they go back to normal for a little while, and then the same thing happens. I already sent it in to get it repaired with the same problem, and now it's happening again. I was wondering if this could be a software problem and if it could be fixed? Any help is appreciated.

I'm not exactly sure what hotbuttons are, but, I'm pretty sure that I have it upgraded.
