    Hi there

Got a dv9820 and I have a 100Gb EIDE 2.5" laptop disk spare, that would be nice to put in the second drive bay... but thats a strange connector, perhaps SATA? Is the EIDE 2.5" drive any use and anyway to fit into the dv9820 please?

Btw i like the 9820 it seems quite fast, but i think vista eats a lot of that extra performance. I will perhaps downgrade to XP at some stage. curious what others think of the dv9820 (AMD).

    Cheers
    Mike

EIDE and SATA are two different types of hard drives, and you will not be able to use one in the place of another.
