    DVD drive problems

    I've recently got HP nx7400. It seems to me that it has some problems with DVD drive, i.e. it takes ~ 1 hour to burn a standard DVD (using Nero, speed 8x, data of ~4.5GB).

    Is that normal or would you advise to call tech support? Also, sometimes the DVD drive does not open when pressing a button..

    Thanx for any thoughts!
