Hey does anyone have this problem? None of my external hard drives/thumb drives/mouse fit in it. The only thing that fits in it is my USB powered laptop cooler. Luckily I can hook up the mouse to the laptop cooler's USB.

But it's annoying how I can't plug anything else into it.

Any solution beside sending it back to HP?

Use one of the 3 or 4 other USB ports for your thumbdrives/hard drives/mouse and use the esata/usb for your cooler...
