Is there anybody who have the 850 g5 and can provide some general feedback on this model? Which one is preferable between the 850 and the 755? Is the difference mainly the AMD or Intel graphic card?
There's one thing I can't figure out is how to tell if the screen is the 260 or 400 nits. Is it possible to tell from the model or do I have to go into the device manager? I am buying it from someone so I need to know how to check this spec.
Thanks

Tell him to download Hwinfo64 and tell you the monitor ID, that way you can google the ID and figure out which screen it is.

It has an i7, and I thought only the i5 came with the cheap display.

how do I know which ID belongs to the 400 nits monitor?

So he told me it has a touch screen, I have checked in the HP specs sheet, the touch screen is either the 220 nits or the 650 nits.

ok I have a gotten a code and a pic of the box with the specs. This is the code 2FH47AV
The description on the box is uwva 220 fwan fhdc irsim TS. I think it's the 220 nits touch screen, isn't it? -
And now I have the hwinfo info AUO23ED. Would it be possible to swap this screen with the FHD 400 nits or the 650 nits? Does anybody have the model number for those two?
elitebook 850 g5, any feedback, how to tell 400 nits display?
