Hi we're several interested in the HP Envy now that is has the dual ssd option, but noone seem to find any information on the manufacturer, type og specifications?. It is critical to know wether if the ssds have the TRIM abillity and wether they are second generation.
Thanks a million in advance and best regards.
    Soren.

If it's 80 or 160GB, it will be Intel X18-M. We haven't seen many X18-M G2s in the wild yet, but if they are, they will support TRIM eventually.

It is an Intel X-18 G1. Also, regardless of G1 or G2, Intel does not currently support TRIM on RAID configs.

The difference is that the G2 will support TRIM, while G1 will not support it.
