    envy 15 3033cl bios update failed

    before same thing happend and i got repaired from service center.

    today i got envy and back home, The bios was F.04
    i tried to update F.07 but failed and bios are corrupted again.

    when i update, i closed all windows and MSE and VMware was on in process.
    but i think it is not causing the failure of bios update.

    i'm mad at this situation.
    repair takes about 10 days, i can't use this 10x2 days.

    is there anyone knowing about this issue?
