    I am using HP Pavilion dv6 but every time i shut down laptop that it appear :

    hmm cmd error.

    Screams virus, or bad hp software install.

    I'd run a virus scan and malwarebytes you can get a good online scan from panda software, (google the above, they are easy and free) which will let you know how bad it is.

    if panda say you're clean you have an installation problem, or some software which isn't happy.

    what does your event log say?

    you can google those 8 digit event ID codes as well.
