    my grandmother provides better software support than the hp software-support-monkeys...

    can't comment about hardware

    They're half decent. I had a problem with my HP printer, and they emailed back in a few hours. It didn't exactly help though. I believe it was a compatibility problem. Yes. Compatibility. AN HP PRINTER HAVING COMPATIBILITY ISSUES WITH AN HP DESKTOP!

    The saleswoman I spoke to was very friendly and fairly knowledgeable. That's sales, though; can't say for sure whether any of this reflects customer service.
