    i have a presario x1058cl and i am in the market for a 8hr external battery i can take on long flights abroad. Does anyone know where i can find some good deals and if there is compatibility issues i need to look for. I know compaq has different batteries than dell and what not. Appreciate any help.

    Here's something that you may be interested in. It's an external battery that is only 11.8" x 9" x 0.5" and wil provide a few more hours of runtime and is compatible with the Presario X1000 series.
