    Hi,

    I am using DV6500t CTO , T7300 and nvidia 8400, vista home premium. I did clean installation last night as suggested in the forum. Everything went well until I update vista. This patch kb938194 kept failing while installing it and every time I reboot the system it would ask me to update this same patch again. I followed the suggestion in this link http://forums.cnet.com/5208-12546_102-0.html?forumID=133&threadID=263608&messageID=2581400 but still no luck. Please help. Thank you.

    Hi,

    I googled it and found someone had the same problem and had it fixed by uninstalling mcafee before installing the update. I tried and it works. So problem solved.
