    Hi Gurus,

    I have an HP pavillion dv9000 running vista ultimate. I am trying to install an officejet 5610 all in one printer but each time I connect the device, the software installation cannot setup and configure the printer. I even downloaded the lastest software drivers from the HP site but still won't work.

    Is there anyway I can resolve this??
