fedex status questions on my hp envy 17

hey guys i was wondering if my hp envy 17 will come by tomorrow or wedsnday...

here is the info that i have with fedex

It most likely won't arrive tomorrow. It will probably leave Anchorage Alaska tomorrow if you got the 2 day shipping, then arrive Wednesday.

Right now, I believe it has left Shanghai, and is now in Korea, where it will then take a plane to Alaska sometime today. Expect it to be in Alaska for at least a day if you have 2 day shipping, but longer if you got 5-7.

Just like mine, It took 3 days from when it left the HP factory, because it missed the cutoff.

 

thank you so much lol but my estimated delivery is on thursday so ill prob be getting it by Wednesday as expected because i had a delay shipping and they said they will ship mine faster because of the delay thanks again man i just need to confirm some things ^^

 

any body would like to give me other answers ? i wouldnt mind. i just need to confirm a few things before i call my boss to stay home that day.

also would like to hear your experience with fedex shippings too thanks guys in advance

 

I got mine 2 days before what FedEx had posted for "Estimated Delievery". Mine also "missed the cut-off".

my envy 14 also shows a delivery date of Aug. 26th by 10:30 am. I'm not staying home though. fedex told me they would try to deliver it and leave a tag on the door then i could just go to the fedex office after work. hopefully it does arrive a day early.

 

do you know whats the status of your shipping info? just curious because if mine is not coming tomorrow then i just wasted my whole work time..

i just want to make sure if i am getting by Wednesday. i just so hope so ^^

 

Yep I'm staying home haha. I know it'll suck if it doesn't come tomorrow, not the end of the world or anything but still.

 

Why didn't you guys have the laptop delivered to your work place instead?

Then you don't have to miss any work.

Commercial delivery is prioritized over residential fyi.

 

ther are lots of reasons.. but i wont get to that specifics all i know and prefer is i want my laptop to be shipped at home.

its just for security reasons. the best way to be safe is to ship at your home.. alot of stealing in my work place so i dont trust any of them...

 

hahaha awesome ll i hope you get yours too and mine just got updated to depart from AK.. yes lol

 

another update it has departed will it come straight to ny or go to hawaii?

Weird, mine was in with your shipment, arrived/departed AK at the same time, got to Newark the same time, but was delivered to me in New York this morning.

There's probably not a whole lot that you can do. It still hasn't changed to "Departed FedEx location" from Newark?

 

well i called hp and they said it has to ship by tomorrow morning because another delay that has happened...

but they have refunded me $72.00 because of another delay through shipping..

2 delays wow lol i was very angry but i kept my kool i also called my boss what happen too and she understands my situation so i have another day off from work. sigh sigh sigh

I think divertankado thought you meant that HP told you the laptop hadn't even shipped yet, which would mean your FedEx tracking was wrong.

what does it mean by vehicle for delivery? does it mean it ships now? been waiting for an hour or so now still no sign

 

It means that your Envy is on the FedEx truck and will be delivered when the truck gets to your house.

Yeah you are definitely going to get it today. Mine, on the other hand, has been "in Transit" in Alaska for nearly 24 hours without any updates

 

guess what guys i got my envy and im using it i did my unboxing video but i think im going to redo the unboxing video later on when i get my iphone next week.

so far i like it

i have a wobble and the heat is getting to me on the left but the right is ok...

just those issues no dead pixles

thanks im having fun with it but for some reason when i played gta4 on my comp it lags like hell. do you think its a defect? i thought when playing games like that can be faster. you can close this thread mods but if you wanna keep this open for the official shipping / shipping delay for envy 17 that would be great too

 

Envy 17's owner's lounge is the best place for that and questions relating to it.
