I have the DigitalPersona fingerprint scanner and I have an odd problem with it.

After i have enrolled my fingerprint, i can access my login accounts and such with a swipe of my finger. However when i lock the computer and try to use the fingerprint reader to unlock the computer it says my fingerprint was not verified! (and yes, i tried it multiple times).

Oddly enough, it use to work before BUT before this started to happen i changed my fingerprint enrollment (rechanged it).
As well, i recently created two different accounts and i tried enrolling my fingerprint on the other account, but it kept on sending me back to my first account so i just deleted it~

It seems that there is a problem with communications between the fingerprint reader and vista! is there a way to remedy this?

It's very possible you mixed up the program a bit. try a system restore, or just reinstall the program.
