I was wondering with the dv9000t is it possible to flash from the newest bios to the previous one without failing? I am not sure if it is f16 that is giving me the issues with my numlock key but id like to go back to f15 to see. thanks for the help in advance.

Yes, if you follow directions properly and make sure to not cut the power to your notebook/PSU, a BIOS flash should work successfully.

Well needless to say it wasnt the BIOS causing the issue lol. This will most definately be the last HP product I ever purchase. Ill give my money to somoene else who has better quality items.

Good luck. I tried a Dell and a Toshiba and they dissapointed me to the point of returning them.
Very happy with the HP so far.

If the HP would have proved the same as the others I tried, I would have went with Alien or ASUS but not it's neccessary now.
