    well i have some good news, i called HP and talked to the people from india and i complained about my 2 day shipping because it wasnt actually 2 day shipping according to me. so i complained until they finally refunded my $95 for the 2day shipping :)

    my laptop shipped the 19th and i wont be getting it until the 24th. which is DEFINATELY NOT 2 day shipping. so i got my money back :D and i got it in my account instantly

    now thats some good HP service! ;)

    Hee hee, I accidentally ordered the 12 cell battery, called them asking for a swap for a 6 cell.

    To avoid cancellation, they refunded me 120 dollars, the cost of a new 6 cell. :D
