Is this normal i have a nevida graphic card on my dv2000z and at 70c with no use that is pretty scary to me.

Yeah, the GPU is probably passively cooled, so it will run a bit warmer than the CPU. On average mine stays around 60 - 65C. You can change the power settings to either balanced or power saving if you are just surfing, playing movies etc.

It is possible if you use full performance mode instead of power saving mode. 6150 driver allow you to change working mode through powermizer.

Such temperatures are indeed pretty normal for GPUs.

buyacooling pad asap, they make a world of difference, but until you do use this need trick.
1. get too similar sized vhs video tape boxes and plaxce one at each side of the laptop so there is a gap underneath, this will let the air curculate. iv tested this and it works very well.XD my dads idea, give him creds lol
