    hi i hav a HP desktop model dv6568se. i juz bought it and i hav fingerprint reader but i dont know how to use i try swiping my finger on it butt nothing happens. i dont know how to activate it. i wantd to know whether its for internet use only or login to pc as well. help me how to activate it plz and thnx

    i also just bought a dv6568se. it has a play button. whenever I press the play button, nothing happens. How do i get it to play music or a video?

    Make sure you have the drivers installed and updated. You can initialize the software by swiping your finger over the reader, and it will start the configuration process.

    Don't hijack someone else's thread. Push the Quickplay button to launch quickplay.

    I downloaded the drivers from hp and the fingerprint scaner still does not work
