    i just got my hp dv9339us laptop and it sais that it has a bluetooth , but i cant turn it on , in other words i tryied to install driver from hp website and it said that installation cannot proceed because bluetooth devise is not plugged in i was like whaaaat? does it have bt built in or no?///

    go to control panel, then wireless assistant, there you'll know if have bluetooth or none.. if u have, maybe ur bluetooth is just turned off, u can also turn it on using wireless assistant

    You need to turn it on. There is a small switch on my V3000 to turn it on...don't know about your dv9339. Btw, can anyone tell me if the BT on V3000 supports A2DP?

    Also I have the problem the caveman. I installed driver at HP website but i can't see it in Wireless Assistant. How do it turn on? Also I don't see bluetooth icon in Control Panel. Who help me about this? Thanks
