I tried them, but it was nothing special. About the same as always. Of course the game has a hard time running on any decent hard ware. My desktop with an i5-2400 ,GTX 460 1 gig and 12 gig ram has a hard time getting 60 FPS on high. I could max BFBC2 and get 70-150 FPS with the same hardware so the new frostbite engine is not yet fully optimized. Hell I dont even see a difference between BFBC2 and BF3's graphical engines. Seems almost like you need dual GTX 580's to really experience BF3. Of course on my DV6-6135DX I overclock with K10-stat to 3 GHz and OC graphics but leave settings on low for best results. Btw I dont have heat at my place and the temp is around 30-40 degrees F most of the time so im able to OC quite high.

I get a constant 60 FPS with all settings maxed on my desktop:

    i7-930 2.8GHz OC @ 3.8GHz
    6GB DDR3 1600
    2x GTX 460 1GB in SLI

Try using the drivers on HP's site.
