    how to close the pc card slot button

    hello

    on my dv5000, I clicked on the black button of the PC Card slot and it poped out

    now I cant put it in, can you help me please?

    You have to take the plastic slot cover all the way out then either push the button back in or put the cover back in then push the button back in.

    Did you take the plastic cover thing all the way out? If you take it all the way out then push the button in then put the plastic thing back in it should work.

    Yeah, I was fooling around at Circuit City today, and I happened upon that also. Eric06 is correct, you must fully remove it and press the button in.
