how to instal windows 2003 server on HP Pavilion dv6326us

I am prospective foreign USA student , I had to be there in NY
1 year ago, but my country embassy posponed for no reason , so I missed my 1 year in college. I was goging to get prepared and settled to purchase this new budget HP laptop model - HP Pavilion dv6326us.
I have read all the reviws here about HP paviliion DV6000t series.
and I am gonna write my own, becaouse so many antagonistic responses from the owners, one says this is good, another no this is defective.

I am into comuters 5 years, but this is gonna be my first laptop.
1.I wonder is it a big difference between INtel Pentium dual core, and Intel core duo, intel centrinio core 2 duo processors?

2. IS it really so much defective % in each model?
3.Is it better to buy from the shop or order customized from HP?
4. HOw to instal windows 2003 Server on this model HP Pavilion dv6326us, and keep VIsta for future.
5. IS it goot for reading -EBOOKS on the screen, or I need any other device for it? and for Photo editing and website design?
