    Please explain.
When the beep is coming ? When booting or when you do a particular task on the computer ?

The beep sound is coming when I am doing particular tasks. Not at the time of booting. I mean, like when i am pressing a key even after the cursor completes it functions.

You should be able to disable it from the setup screen.
But it's better to keep it on.It sometimes gives useful warning (e.g. it might beep when the laptop is overheated or thing like that - or to indicate certain failures on POST)

Be more specific. What keys? The quick play keys? Keyboard keys? Is the sound a beep (the BIOS kind) or have you mixed this with the windows sounds?

Have you checked the BIOS options? Have you tried disabling windows sounds?
