so i did a CPU benchmark... (since i got my new charger but my dad got the wrong one its a 65W but its charging..) and i got a core speed of 2128.5MHZ isnt it supposed to be 24xx.x? for the 2.4 ghz or am i wrong??

just wanting to know if i am indeed being throttled because of this lower wattage PSU..

And i just tried overclocking my gpu.. which ran stable with my normal PSU.. but now it seems to lock up when i do overclock.. sigh..

When you plug in the PS, do you get a bubble from the system tray stating a lower wattage PS was detected and system throttling may occur? The lower wattage PS will charge the laptop and allow it to run (degraded) but you'll need the right wattage PS to make it run at full speed.
