    Don't know the password for the admin just says staples customer
    I don't know hot to get around this so i can have admin power to get on comp.

    I hate to say this but thread closed. "Staples Customer" tells me its a store shelf model (and thus probably stolen), so good luck trying to get help.

    If you bought it from Staples, I suggest you return it to have them reformat and install your own copy of XP. If you stole it from Staples, return it.

    McGrady's right...this is the 2nd time for a serious offense. Banned.
