I recently bought a 3510nr from Best buys. All of my video clips which ran fine in xp pro well 50% of them run audio but no video. I have been told by several people to download new codec so that vista can run my files. Also speaker volume when playing DVD movies is lower than when running regular sound flies. I am I the only one to experience these frustrations. What is the best codec package to download???Thanks.

Yes, you probably do not have the proper codecs to play the videos. I will suggest VLC , CCCP, or K-lite mega codec pack. You can download them from www.filehippo.com
