    hp dv 4 network issues

    i have a dv 4 still under warranty, and the wireless will periodically stop working.

    i also have a dv2000 which was sent in for video problems (but also had wireless issues) and after replacing the motherboard for free, the wireless issues have been resolved.

    so im wondering does the dv4 qualify for the free hp motherboard replacement? (there's a list somewhere of certain models suffering from certain things for which a free repair is granted).

    if not, since im still under warranty, will they change the hardware? i would hate to send it in and have them not do anything.

    The dv4 hasent even been out for a year so its still under the factory 1 year warrenty.

    Friend, if ur wireless button continuously remains AMBER in colour, ask for a laptop replacement for FREE. HP is bound to do that under ONE TIME SERVICE ENHANCEMENT POLICY.
