    Hi Guys,

I am looking at laptops and noticed the dv1660se at Best Buy. It looks like a pretty good low application, business travel type notebook for a price of under $1000. Anyone have it? Just wondering if anyone loved it/hated it and the good stuff and bad stuff with it.

I like the dv2000 better. HP's new Imprint Finish technique is quite slick. My V3000T, the Compaq twin of the HP dv2000, is pretty good. My only gripes are no highier resoltion screen option like the Dell e1405 and the battery is a bit loose. I think it offers good value for what you pay. The ThinkPad R60 might be worth a look as well. It is more business oriented notebook and will offer better quality. The Dell Latitude d620 would be another choice, but the screens are kinda dim and grainy in my opinion. Good Luck.
