    i have a laptop hp dv2000 (XP)comming with italian language opareting system

    what can i do

    well, you get a license key for your XP version.

    if you know somebody that can give you his/her XP installation CD ( whatever language you need) you can install Windows from that CD using your own license key.

    that should eliminate your "italian" problems.
