    hp dv2120us no image at all

    HI to all n_n , i have this hp pavilion dv2120us notebook that gives me no image at all when ever i try to power it on, the leds of the keyboard light up but non of them blink neither does it make a beep sound, the harddrive activity led doesesnt blink, but the dvd drive and the cpu fan do start normaly, i tried cheking the ram modules and still the same, what could be wrong with it?

    The most popular method to fix it is putting it on the oven at about 385* F for 5-10min..There is a guide on how to do it and usually some people are able to fix the gpu problem for some time.

    This is ridiculous..

    When I called the Executive office i mentioned how if they look on forums they will see countless people experiencing problems (since they refused to help) and they said something along the lines of "forums dont mean anything". I said something like "forums are the USERS buddy". BS

    And I just bought another HP lol, but this one with the 4500mhd GPU, which almost every laptop uses, so I ASSUME itll be ok!

    yep, you have the nvidia defect - you either have to use the baking method above, or pay HP 400 dollars for a new mobo

    oven? O_O
    i think the problem is similar to the xbox360 RROD were u had to heat up the gpu chip, im searching for the guide on this, but still not sure if thats what u guys meant.
