    hi,

    i am looking to buy the hp pavilion dv 2188ea but the only place i can seem to find it is john lewis for £899


    I heard somewhere that it was £763 on the hp website. Though on their website it is now £933.

    Someone help me please!

    Has anyone else come across this?

    Just got an email from John Lewis saying that they are no longer going to sell the dv2188ea.

    Is hp replacing the dv2000 range in Britain with something else?

    HP is probably just re-freshing the line-up since Vista's release is just around the corner(Jan 30th). They wont be replacing the dv2000 series but you will probably have to wait until/after the 30th to buy an updated model.
