hold down the power button until all of the lights on the laptop turn off
then, plug it into power and it should turn on normally

i've tried (ever since i took out the battery WHILE it was the pc was blinking):

putting the battery back in and turning it on, still doesnt turn on.
    pressing quickplay buttons
    pressing fn combinations

i dont know what else i could possibly do because it just will not turn on. its so weird.

it went like that when my friend "turned it off" by pressing the power button once then closing the lid

we left for like 3 hours and came back to see it blinking. we tried turning it on but it wouldnt so then we took out the battery and then put it back in, then tried to turn it on but it still wouldnt go on...

ok, so when you plug your laptop into the wall (with the battery in)
which lights on the laptop are lit?

the only light that is lit is the charger light when the charger cord is put into the charger port.

    nothing else is lit.
