    hp dv2699ea speacial edition fan noise

    Hello everyone,
    I have a hp pavillion dv2699ea which is nearly 1 year old and the fan is making very annoying noise.The fan starts running when the laptop is switched on and constantly running.

    I tried to use decompressed air to clean the fan but it seems didnt work.

    Do you have any suggestions how to avoid this noise?
    Do you think replacing the fan would solve the problem or cleaning the fan by opening the laptop would solve the problem if so how can i clean the fan without damaging the laptop itself.

    Any comments are highly appreciated.
