first of all I tried to get Dell xps 15 with FHD display but no luck. where I live no local shop has one with FHD display (which is main cause why I liked the Dell xps 15).
Finally I decided to get hp dv6tqe, but again FHD is not available here  , only HD display is available. and I can't order online here.
I know that HD display quality of dell xps 15 is very poor, so my question is what is quality of HD display of hp dv6tqe?? is it any good??

    appreciate your opinion

Not great. People have returned the notebook due to it. It is the most important upgrade on the dv6

They aren't poor quality as much as they are average. Every manufacturer uses similar quality screens

I've read here that the HP 1366x768 is better than the Dell 1366x768 (the latter is supposedly among the worst displays out there). That said, both are significantly worse than either 1920x1080 variety.

which is not available worldwide, only in USA or online. :(
so the rest of the world should live with low quality display despite buying high performance laptop

The 1366x768 is a fine screen. People here bash it because they are used to better screens. I've seen it and toyed with it and it's bright and vibrant. Only problems you might find with it is if you are in a large amount of light at your back reflecting on the screen (barely noticeable when colors are up), and the vertical viewing angles are horrible. Just tilting your screen a little once in awhile will fix that though. It's fine if that's all you can get.

Compared to the 1080p screen, it fails miserably. Graded by itself however, it's a fine average (or slightly above average) screen.

I didn't find vertical viewing angles to be any worse than other glossy screens I have used, in fact I found them to be better than most. Horizontal viewing angles are as good as any standard-resolution-consumer-laptop display I have used. It has good brightness and very vivid colors. I would definitely rank it ahead of the majority of standard-resolution-consumer-laptop displays I have used.

The 768p panel in my friend's DV6t-6100 looks worse than the last gen DV6 panel. I thought that the colors looked a little washed out and the black levels were terrible.

There are three different HD LCDs used in the HP DV6: Samsung, Chi-Mei, and AUO. This info comes from an older thread regarding the DV6.

The AUO one I know is bad, though I've never seen it.
The Samsung one isn't as bad,
and the Chi-Mei one should be a bit better than the others.

This quality guesswork comes from running HWInfo on tons of Best Buy floor models, including a previous-gen HP DV6 that had a Samsung LTN156AT09-H02 display. I know the Chi-Mei display should be one of the better ones, because when running HWInfo a Samsung RV520 with a slightly better looking screen, it showed the screen as being a CMO/Chi-Mei model.

There wasn't TOO much of a difference. They all had rather low contrast, but the Chi-Mei LCD in the Samsung RV520 (ironic, because it's a Samsung laptop not using a Samsung LCD) appeared to be the least "griddy" of all the 15.6" 1366x768 screens in the store. I also think this particular screen had slightly better contrast, but I couldn't tell if that was just an illusion because the desktop background was darker than what was on some of the other laptops.

There is also LG screen (LGD) which is a pretty bad one (screen door). So, the quality goes like this: CMO>SEC>AUO>LGD, imho.
