    Hi,i had purchased new Hp Dv6 1243 cl laptop last oct'09,iam facing an problem ,that my volume button above the laptop(what we use touch for mute and unmute)not glowing white while running,but intial startup time its glowing white for 30 seconds and going to red colour.But that when i touch it is getting mute,plz give me some suggestion to glow up the light.

    note :eek:nly light is not glowing in white,while running.
