    hp dv6500 fan keeps running most of the time

    my dv6500 fan keeps running and making noise!!......i installed speedfan....processor core temps are arnd 19-21 C.....but some Temp1 is arnd 51......i suppose its the GPU....is any1 else having the same issue??!!....

    You probably have got the latest version of BIOS which keep the fan running constantly. HP has mega problems with poor motherboard design. See the following thread:

    i thought that was for amd laptops......even my older bios wasnt better....the one wich came with the lappy...
