We have a few of these laptops at our workplace.. in all cases i ordered them with the Infinity widescreen option..

I've noticed that on a black screen, there is alot of reflection/glare, compared to say the older zd8000 series..

I'm guessing when sitting outside with these, it could be quite hard to see.. unless they sell some kind of "hood" for laptops (?)...

    Has anyone else noticed this..

Is it only with the infinity display.. is the default screen better.. anyone know what the difference is b/w standard and infinity.

    Thanks

    Nice..

Well, my conclusion is the infinity is probably not for me.. you didnt mention how the two compare when using the laptop outside, with moderate sunlight..

I would have to think the non infinity one to be easier to see, hence my real dilemma..

I cant change my order, hp wont allow it, can only reorder, but the coupon codes expired.. so looks like i'm stuck unless i wait for more coupon codes (had $400 off)
