    hp envy 15 32xx no hdmi audio

    I have the new hp envy 15 32xx and i have no hdmi audio. I checked the device manager and no hdmi audio device. I checked show disabled and disconnected devices in the sound manager and no hdmi audio. I tried using performance settings in the switchable graphics and i reinstalled the ati drivers but still no hdmi audio. I can see the video through hdmi but still no audio. Its annoying.

    Does anybody know if its a driver issue or a defect on my laptop? If its a driver issue do i wait for an update? I suspect it may be a hardware issue.
