    hp g6 ati switchable have no clue what to do!HELP!!

    I have a brand new hp pavilion g6-2151ee from the middle east. Config - i7 3612QM, ati 7670
    I've been trying like a mad person to find some solution for my comp. It seems like the g6 series has an ati gfx just as a showpiece.

    When i run a game it uses only the intel 4000 gfx. The catalyst control does not seem to have any of the controls other than setting apps on high performanceor power saving. I've tried the new drivers to no improvement. GPU-Z crashes most of the time and even if it does start it crashes whenever i try to monitor the ati card.

    I tried disabling the intel card in device manager and running the game but it shows a 'compatible only with directx 10 or 11' error.

    I've initially realised this in win8 rtm then reverted back to the win7 to see if it was something to do with that.

    Please HELP!!
