The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    hp ny9420...shadows ont screen edges?

    On my hp 9420 WSXGA(1680×1050) I notice two eliptical dark shadows,sizes and shapes like two fingerprints maybe some less.On the others forums i saw similar questions.It seems that this issue hapened just on some WSXGA screens.I'll be thankfull if some of you wiil be kind to check this on yours screens.I'll try to put one screenshot too.
    You can see this best on white or blue background.
