    well i allways update my hp software and everything, but when i try to update my hp pc health check, it never lets me, it says needs to be installed, when click install takes me to hp site, i installed all of hte .exe files by clicking run the .exe file and it still inst updated

    why is it not updating?

    If I am not mistaken the PC health is a pa to use and it is a single use which runs just over 90.00 on the hp site. I was talking with a rep today about that if it is the same one I am thinking of. Unlike Dell PC Tune Up which you pay 30.00 for the year and can run it at will so you may need to contact HP to use it. Check out the HP site for the info. Hope this helps
