    i bought a new hp laptop ..dv4 1114nr ..look at the image attached ..the two marked widths are not equal..is this common in hp laptops...should i exchange..or it wont cause any problem ?

    is it bowing outward or something? i can't really tell any difference between the two sides, other than the marks aren't the same. can you upload a more close up shot of each side for better comparison please?

    its not my original laptop..but their is a difference in my laptop for sure...suggest me what to do

    that would actually bug me. my old dv1000 isn't like that.

    so...i have dropped from returning this laptop.....thanks for all......

    and one more thing ..mouse thouch pad is budding me..tapping most of the time is not working making me to tap again for a click..does any one know good mouse settings for hp laptop
