    One of my friends ordered 2 dv6500t notebooks, her estimated ship date is 28 sept. The problem is the she wants to come back to europe on the 29th of September.

    Can she call a sales rep and ask for faster shipping?

    Notebooks from HP usually are shipped 1 or 2 days before the estimated date. Then it'll take additional 2-3 days to arrive. If you're friend's lucky, the notebooks will be shipped on the 26th and arrive on the 28th - but that's the best case scenario...
