    hi, does the hp oem vista have any specific hp software e.g like acer laptops with acer oem vista come with acer power management software etc ?

    The consumer systems dont have any such option. However, they only go as far as to provide a custom Vista power profile call 'HP recommended' which is basically a slightly tweaked version of the default 'Balanced' profile.
