    Hi guys
I was looking at the HP tablet PC in a store the other day...
Obviously it came pre-installed with Vista...
Do you think it will be possible to install XP tablet PC edition on that tablet and be able to use the touchscreen functions?
Because honestly, i am not a big fan of Vista.
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks!

Honestly I am not a big fan of Vista either, but for Tablet PCs it really has improvements. You could revert back to XP, but you may want to try out Vista on your tablet first.

Vista has improved many functions with tablets like the pen flicks, handwriting recognition and so on. It seems more responsive. I have XP Tablet Edition and it is fine, but the evaluation tablets I review ususally have Vista and it really is nice. You don't have to worry about the RAM either if you go with an HP tablet becuase they are upgradeable.

    Thanks for replying..
Well yeah, when I tried the tablet out with Vista, it had some pretty nice features, but I would still like to give XP a shot!
The main thing now is the drivers.
Hopefully your sister site can help me find the drivers for the tablet, before I purchase it.
